Our Favorite Holiday Present: the Gift of Referrals

With the holiday season fast approaching, I wanted to take a minute to slow down and write about something important to me. In real estate, there’s a big emphasis on customer service. In fact, throughout our economy, service jobs are slowly dominating the workforce.

Effective customer service is paramount to effective real estate. But, if we’re being honest, service extends far past the profession. It’s a way to live your life in a meaningful way, one in which you can connect with others. And that’s a big part of the reason we got into the real estate business: to build meaningful relationships with the people we work with.

Communication is Key

To add on to that, buying (and selling) a home is also an extremely emotional undertaking. After all, this is your home. It’s much more complicated than buying a watch or a new hat.

That’s why it’s so important to work with a real live human being. The right Realtor will serve as your consultant, your cheerleader, and (at times) your therapist. They’ll be able to talk over all the details with you, to help you figure out which property is the best for you. We strive to go above and beyond for every client we work with, to prove that we’re worthy of their business and that we’re the right team to make their dreams come true.

Building Meaningful Relationships

As such, it’s important to be there for our clients and to build our relationships with them. That’s why our services continue on long after the final moving boxes are unpacked. We strive to be a continual resource for our clients in everything we do.

In addition to our clients, we also work closely with other leaders and professionals in our community of Celebration, Florida. If a client comes to us asking for a recommendation, whether it be a lender or someone to replace their dry wall, we want to be able to refer someone truly exceptional. We believe in helping others in our community, and in giving back to the people who’ve helped us.

Happy Clients = Powerful Business Building Tool

While we love all of our clients equally, it’s an amazing feeling to know that a client was so taken with our work that they’ve recommended us to their own loved ones. Furthermore, it’s an awesome kind of task. We love having high expectations set for us, because it’s so much more rewarding when we exceed them.

How do we exceed our clients’ expectations? It’s simple really: we listen to them. We discuss with them. We do everything we can to put their plans in action. Honest and open communication is key, as is having a stellar understanding of the Celebration real estate market, but above all else it’s listening.

After all, you should never simply listen to respond. You should always listen to understand. That’s how we’ve built our business, and that’s how we’ll continue to serve our clients.

Build Up Your Referrals

What goes around comes around, especially in real estate. We interpret that as this: do good work in your community, be kind to the people you work with, and refer the people who do good work in return. Think about your clients, and your business, and how they might benefit from your own personal connections in the industry. As real estate agents, we are there to offer guidance and consultation as if we were trusted friends.

Because, once the transaction is over, that’s exactly what we want to be. If you’re interested in learning more about how we do business, or browsing homes for sale in Celebration , please pick up the phone! We’re only ever a phone call or an email away.
